Costume Exhibition
A Costume Exhibition where you get to show off your outfit to the crowd! This event is perfect for people wearing costumes they didn’t make themselves, or for people who don’t want to enter the Costume Contest. This is not a competitive event.
How to sign up:

- Between 20-30 applications will be accepted
- Online applications will be accepted until July 26th, or until full
At-convention sign-ups will be accepted until 10pm Friday August 9th, at the Cos & Effect InfoBooth.

Cos & Effect utilizes a main hall with a back stage, catwalk, and centre stage. Final layout design is *Coming Soon*.

Q: When does the Costume Exhibition take place?
A: The Costume Exhibition will take place on Saturday August 10th.
Q: How will the Costume Exhibition be formatted?
A: Each person will be introduced as they enter the back stage one at a time, and proceed down the cat walk towards the centre stage. They will then pose towards each side of the audience for photo graphs, and then proceed off of the stage, returning to their place.
Q: Can I use a costume I bought? Or a costume somebody made for me?
A: Absolutely!
Q: Can I enter this event if I’m entered into the Costume Contest?
A: Yes, but we would prefer if you wore a different costume.
Q: Can I enter this event if I’m entered into the Cosplay Theatre competition?
A: No, because this event takes place during the Cosplay Theatre competition, and would make things very difficult to coordinate.
Q: Can I have a specific musical track playing while I’m on stage?
A: Sorry, we aren’t able to offer that option with this event.
Q: My costume isn’t Anime / Gaming / Sci-Fi / Comic / Movie / TV Show / My Little Pony related, can I still enter?
A: Yes! Any genre of costume is ok.
Q: Can I enter with a group of friends?
A: This event is for solo entries only
